1. Who We Are

Fuel House is a local meal prep service based in White House, TN, offering weekly prepared meals for pickup or local delivery.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our online order form by the weekly deadline (currently Thursday, subject to change week to week).
  • Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged.
  • Order availability, menu items, and pricing may change week to week at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities or decline an order if we're unable to fulfill it.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times/locations will be communicated with each week's order confirmation.
  • Local delivery is available for a fee within our current service area; delivery area and fees are subject to change.
  • It's the customer's responsibility to pick up or be available for delivery at the agreed time. Meals left unclaimed for an extended period may spoil and cannot be replaced free of charge.

4. Food Safety & Storage

  • All meals should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and consumed within the timeframe noted on the label.
  • Fuel House is not responsible for illness or spoilage resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after the recommended timeframe.
  • All meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen in compliance with applicable Tennessee food safety regulations.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Ingredient and macro information is provided for each meal to the best of our ability.
  • Meals are prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens (dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, tree nuts, etc.), and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact.
  • Customers with food allergies or sensitivities order at their own risk and should contact us directly with questions before ordering.

6. Health Disclaimer

Nutritional information (calories, macros) is provided as a general estimate based on our recipes and standard ingredient data. It is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. 8. Limitation of Liability

Customer's sole remedy for any claim related to an order is limited to a replacement of the meal in question or a refund of the amount paid for that specific order, at Fuel House, LLC's discretion.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be limited or excluded under Tennessee law.
